The Roofing of The Sport Hall

This thesis presents the construction plan and assessment of a roof above a swimming pool. The main cantilever of the structure is a wooden parabolic beam with the span of 40 m and a 6 m camber that is jointly set in place via pin connection. The stiffness of the structure is secured by roof stiffeners. The assessment was carried out in adherence to applicable norms.
